Our appraisal recovery program is strictly contingency based. We charge a flat 30% collection fee of funds collected. There are no monthly expenses, sign-up charges or carrying fees. We simply keep 30% of what we collect and send you the rest. If we don't collect, we don't get paid. It's that simple!
