As with any industry, there are both good and bad collection agencies. Unfortunately, in our industry, the only agencies that make the news are the ones acting unlawfully. Our accreditation with ACA International as well as our good standing with the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions demands professionalism and respect. We wouldn't have it any other way.
